This image was created on Photopea.  It's inspired by the meme, "Our Brains Are Shrinking".  It's intended to raise awareness about the effects of chronic doomscrolling.  The graphic protrays our degrading attention spans and our lack of ability to do intellectual tasks.  The bold red text acts to capture the audience's attention and aludes to something dangerous.

Visually, the phone's hypnotic spiral represents how easily it draws users into the state of endlessly scrolling.  The half written essay and the open notebook directly contrast the phone, which is distracting the user from doing any congnitve tasks.  At second glance, it can be seen that everything besides the phone is blurred, a parallel to what is at focus.
